Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Business Partner

Your Role at Hostinger

You will act as the CFO of your own business area, owning its results and setting the standard for quality and analytical rigor. You will collaborate directly with department heads on business cases, unit economics, and scenario analysis, translating data into strategic decisions that propel the business forward. Your responsibilities will rotate periodically, ensuring continuous learning and growth across different areas of the company.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Embedded with cross-functional teams, you will analyze performance drivers, identify emerging trends, and pinpoint growth opportunities.

• You will be responsible for the financial health of your assigned areas, ensuring not only accurate reporting but also insightful analysis and actionable recommendations.

• Daily tasks include building financial models and business cases, conducting ad-hoc analyses on unit economics and scenarios, and contributing to forecasts and budgets developed collaboratively with the teams. Over time, you will become the trusted finance partner relied upon by leadership, the board, and investors.

Key Success Factors

• We prioritize mindset over titles. You should be commercially curious, analytically sharp, and a clear communicator, focused on understanding the business rather than merely reporting on it.

• You must be comfortable with data, capable of identifying inconsistencies, and skilled at explaining findings in plain language to non-technical stakeholders.

• Effective collaboration across teams, quick learning, and strategic use of AI tools to enhance productivity are essential. AI should augment your decision-making, not replace it.

• You need 5+ years of experience in FP&A or business partnering, with hands-on experience in financial modeling and business cases.

• Familiarity with unit economics metrics such as MRR, LTV, ROAS, retention, and contribution margin is highly beneficial.
