Your Role as Content Team Lead

You will lead the production of Hostinger’s tutorials, ensuring they are created at speed, quality, and scale. Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the end-to-end tutorial production pipeline, including scheduling and throughput management.
• Setting and documenting the quality bar for both human-written and AI-generated tutorials.
• Managing and developing a team of writers and editors, providing regular performance feedback.
• Identifying skill gaps and addressing them through hiring, onboarding, and team development.
• Building a self-sufficient team capable of making decisions independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end tutorial production pipeline, including team, schedule, and throughput.
• Propose and own quarterly tutorial OKRs, aligning team capacity with production calendars.
• Track throughput and bottlenecks, resolving issues before they escalate.
• Set and enforce the quality bar for all tutorials.
• Manage, develop, and provide performance feedback to writers and editors.
• Identify and close skillset gaps through hiring, onboarding, and development.
• Build a self-sufficient team that operates effectively without constant oversight.

Success Factors

• Proven track record in high-volume content production with a history of meeting schedules.
• Ability to set and enforce standards for writing quality and document them clearly.
• Experience in developing individual contributors, moving them from good to great.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving, bringing solutions before they are requested.
• Strong data literacy, using metrics to make informed decisions.
