Your Role

As part of Hostinger’s Influencer team, you will:

• Identify, recruit, and engage potential partners, including influencers, affiliates, sales, and B2B stakeholders.
• Build, manage, and scale a pipeline of new partnerships.
• Conduct internal and external negotiations to secure high-impact deals.
• Nurture existing partnerships to drive growth and increase sales.
• Run and monitor partners' marketing campaigns.
• Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Measure, analyze, and optimize performance.
• Report on goals, forecasts, results, and challenges.
• Leverage data to inform actionable business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience in digital performance marketing.
• Experience in influencer and affiliate marketing partnerships.
• Strong sales and analytical skills, including proficiency in CRMs and web analytics tools.
• High attention to detail and proactive mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a demanding environment.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Experience with international tech/digital products is a plus.
