This is an exciting opportunity to lead Hack The Box’s field marketing strategy across the Americas, with a primary focus on the commercial and enterprise markets in North America.

You will serve as the strategic marketing partner to the US Sales organization, building integrated regional programs that generate demand, deepen engagement within priority accounts, accelerate opportunities, and contribute to pipeline and revenue.

This role is broader than event marketing. Events will be one component of a coordinated regional strategy that also includes account-based marketing, digital campaigns, webinars, executive programs, partner activation, customer marketing, content, and sales plays.

During your first six months, you will focus on developing the US marketing strategy, building strong relationships with Sales, identifying regional priorities and target accounts, launching initial campaigns, and establishing a consistent approach to reporting and optimization.

The core mission of the US Field Marketing Senior Specialist:

You will join Hack The Box’s global marketing organization and collaborate closely with Demand Generation, Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, Content, Digital, Brand, Communications, Customer Marketing, and Marketing Operations.

You will be a key partner to AMER Sales leadership, account executives, business development representatives, solutions engineers, and channel teams. You will help connect global marketing priorities with the needs of the region and operate as the marketing lead for your market.

What success looks like:

  • A clear, scalable, and measurable US field marketing strategy is in place.
  • Sales and Marketing are aligned around regional priorities, target accounts, programs, and goals.
  • Integrated campaigns create qualified pipeline and influence revenue.
  • Engagement increases within priority accounts and across key buying groups.
  • Marketing programs support both new-logo acquisition and opportunity acceleration.
  • Regional events operate as part of broader campaigns with measurable pre-event and post-event outcomes.
  • Program insights are consistently used to optimize the marketing mix and regional investment strategy.

The adventures that await you once you start as a US Field Marketing Senior Specialist at Hack The Box:

  • Own US field marketing strategy, planning, execution, and optimization aligned with regional pipeline, revenue, and target account goals.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and BDRs on quarterly plans, account-based marketing initiatives, lead follow-up, and shared pipeline targets.
  • Build multi-channel programs across digital, content, webinars, partner initiatives, and strategic events tailored to US market trends.
  • Develop audience-specific messaging and plays for CISOs, security leaders, technical practitioners, and talent executives.
  • Create targeted plays to help Sales open doors, expand buying groups, progress opportunities, and revive stalled accounts.
  • Lead end-to-end event execution—including webinars, executive roundtables, and trade shows—with dedicated pre- and post-event follow-up.
  • Partner with Channel, Technology, and Customer Marketing to run joint campaigns, leverage customer stories, and drive regional advocacy.
  • Oversee the US budget, track pipeline creation and ROI, and continuously optimize campaigns using sales feedback and data.

Skills, knowledge, and experience points required to unlock the role of US Field Marketing Senior Specialist at Hack The Box:

  • At least five years of B2B marketing experience, including experience in field marketing, demand generation, account-based marketing, or integrated campaigns.
  • Experience marketing enterprise SaaS or technology solutions; cybersecurity experience is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success building regional marketing programs that contribute to pipeline and revenue.
  • Experience creating marketing strategies that use multiple channels and tactics—not only events.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, account-based marketing, buying groups, and opportunity acceleration.
  • Track record of working closely with Sales, Business Development, Partner, and Customer Success teams.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, account-based marketing, and reporting platforms such as HubSpot.
  • Ability to use data and business insights to prioritize programs, evaluate performance, and make investment decisions.
  • Comfortable setting strategy while also rolling up your sleeves to execute programs.
  • Strong project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, budgets, and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Creative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced global organization.

What your Hack The Box adventure will have in store:

  • You'll have the exhilarating opportunity to contribute to a product that is highly appreciated by users and the cybersecurity community at large.
  • You'll experience a highly supportive and caring environment, fostering growth, flexibility, and autonomy.
