Carrier Sales Representative

We’re expanding across the country and looking for experienced Carrier Sales Representatives who thrive on developing carrier relationships, covering freight efficiently, and driving profitability through strategic capacity management.

What you’ll do:

• Build and maintain relationships with carriers across multiple modes and markets
• Source capacity and match qualified carriers to customer freight
• Negotiate competitive carrier rates while maximizing load profitability
• Manage load coverage from tender through delivery
• Develop a reliable carrier network and ensure high service levels
• Resolve transportation issues and proactively communicate updates
• Collaborate with brokers, account managers, and operations teams to support customer needs

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in carrier sales, freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation (3+ years preferred)
• Strong understanding of carrier procurement and load coverage strategies
• Existing carrier relationships and network preferred
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple loads simultaneously
• Self-motivated mindset with a focus on service, execution, and growth
