Their no-code platform is used for onboarding, assessing, and monitoring vendors, suppliers, and partners across risk, compliance, and ESG. They have processed over 10 million entities for 100,000+ users across 120+ countries.
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise software implementations. This client-facing role involves translating customer needs into actionable plans, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment from kickoff to go-live and beyond. Responsibilities include:
What You'll Do
Own delivery end-to-end: Manage enterprise implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and stabilization, ensuring accountability for scope, timeline, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
Build & manage the plan: Break down complex, ambiguous requirements into clear project plans with phases, milestones, dependencies, and owners, updating the plan as needed and making trade-offs visible.
Lead requirements gathering: Facilitate discovery workshops to identify client needs, document requirements in a structured and unambiguous format, manage sign-off, and ensure traceability through design, build, and testing.
Run the cross-functional team: Coordinate solution architects, engineers, QA, and client stakeholders toward shared outcomes, removing blockers, resolving conflicts, and ensuring clear ownership of tasks and timelines.
Own the client relationship: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading status meetings, steering committee updates, and escalations, setting expectations early, and protecting client relationships.
Manage scope, risk & change: Prevent scope creep by documenting and quantifying changes before work begins, and proactively manage risks and issues with mitigation plans and early escalation.
Stay technical, report & improve: Understand the architecture, integrations, and configuration decisions to challenge estimates and communicate effectively with engineers and technical buyers. Produce honest, easy-to-read status reports and executive updates, and incorporate lessons learned into delivery methodology.
What Success Looks Like
On-target delivery: Projects are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope, with a trusted and clear plan for stakeholders.
Trusted clients: Clients feel informed and in control throughout the engagement and would seek your services for future projects.
Managed risk: Risks are identified early and managed effectively, minimizing escalations and surprises.
Aligned team & clean handoffs: The delivery team is aligned, unblocked, and clear on priorities, with clean handoffs to support and account teams, ensuring nothing is left undocumented.
What You'll Need
Experience: 5+ years managing technical or software implementation projects, preferably in enterprise SaaS, professional services, or client-facing delivery environments. Track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and within budget as the primary delivery owner for enterprise clients.
Technical fluency: Ability to read solution designs, understand integrations and data flows, and engage in technical discussions without relying solely on engineering expertise.
Requirements & delivery craft: Proven ability to run requirements and discovery sessions, translate them into clear, documented business requirements, and manage project management fundamentals such as planning, estimation, dependency management, risk and issue tracking, and change control.
Stakeholder management: Excellent communication skills, comfort presenting to senior and executive audiences, and the ability to manage scope, timelines, and difficult conversations while maintaining strong client relationships.
Ways of working: Organized and calm under pressure, with a tendency to over-communicate rather than under-communicate. Direct when necessary and diplomatic when required, with a focus on owning outcomes.
Preferred: Previous technical roles in engineering, solution architecture, or implementation consulting; experience delivering configurable enterprise platforms or workflow/automation software; fluency in both agile and traditional delivery methodologies; experience in regulated or risk-sensitive domains; certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PSM; and exposure to AI-assisted or modern delivery tooling.
