Client Services Operations Support Representative I

What You’ll Do:

• Provide clerical support, including copying, filing, processing documents and mail, basic data entry, phone calls, and operating general office equipment.
• Process incoming correspondence, including posting payments (checks, EFT, debit/credit cards).
• Perform phone work to contact insurance carriers and healthcare providers for payment information.
• Enter data into various applications/systems for workflows.
• Ensure tasks adhere to company, departmental, client policies, federal/state regulations, and contractual compliance.
• Meet or exceed quality and productivity expectations.
• Obtain and maintain client clearances for system/record access as required.
• Complete assigned training on time with acceptable scores.
• Perform additional tasks to meet business needs.

What You’ll Bring:

• 1+ years of related office clerical support experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word with occasional assistance.
• Familiarity with general office equipment and adaptability to new tools.
• Basic problem-solving skills and strong written/oral communication.
• Ability to quickly learn internal and client applications.
• Fast and accurate typing and 10-key skills.
• Basic math skills for calculations and percentages.
• Demonstrated follow-up skills, multitasking, and workload prioritization.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to prioritize daily workloads and meet deadlines.
• Independent and collaborative work ethic with a positive team attitude.
• Strong customer service skills.
