Ping Identity is seeking a proactive Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead the UKI region and drive geo growth in 2H 2026 and beyond. This role focuses on boosting brand awareness and creating net new logo demand to meet ambitious growth targets.
The Senior Field Marketing Manager will partner closely with UKI Sales leaders and the Sales organization, collaborating with pan-EMEA Go To Market (GTM) teams to develop and implement a strategic integrated GTM plan. The role emphasizes multi-touch campaigns that drive qualified pipeline.
Duty and Responsibilities:
- Jointly develop a strategic approach with the UKI leadership team and Senior Manager Field Marketing for Northern Europe to drive exceptional growth in the region.
- Work with internal parties and third-party vendors to achieve the Go To Market vision in the region.
- Execute the UKI plan with a focus on delivering metrics of success.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the Field Marketing Specialist, ensuring growth and development.
- Regularly review, refine, and develop GTM tactics to maintain engagement and penetration into strategic accounts.
- Collaborate with the Pan-EMEA Programmes lead to create and execute vertical or use case-led GTM plans for Account Executives targeting an enterprise audience (ABM 1:Few, 1:1, Deal acceleration programs).
- Provide articulate feedback on campaigns, analyze success, and outline next steps.
- Participate in quarterly QBRs to report on successes and outline future strategies and tactics.
- Oversee budget and procurement processes, auditing and ensuring accountability for budget spend and management.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years’ experience in a Senior Field Marketing role.
- Previous experience in the IT industry, ideally in a technology B2B SaaS environment.
- Knowledge of current digital marketing technologies and techniques.
- Working knowledge of SFDC (Salesforce) and Marketo.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Working Conditions:
- Travel: Approximately 30%, mostly within the UKI region but some within Europe or the US.
- Remote working contract with occasional travel to London and Bristol-based offices.
