Outbound Print Sales Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead generation: Scouring Google Maps and other channels to find target businesses (like wineries, event planners, etc.).

• Cold calling: Reaching out to these leads to pitch their print and shipping services.

• Selling and closing: Closing deals for print jobs (menus, banners, custom shirts) with a strong focus on building repeat business rather than just one-off sales.

• Using the quoting software: Managing quotes and order-taking via the client's proprietary software (the client will train them on this, assuming they already have print knowledge).

Required Tools

• Google Map

• Proprietary quoting/order-taking software (to be trained)

• VOIP/Phone system

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of Sales experience

• Print knowledge: You must understand the printing business and know what questions to ask prospects (e.g., selling menus, banners, custom shirts).

• Sales experience: You need to be able to source your own leads (via Google Maps), make cold calls, and close deals.

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

• Working Webcam

• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM

• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection

• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
