Digital Marketing & Vacation Rental Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns for rental properties.
• Develop and manage social media content across relevant platforms.
• Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve marketing visibility.
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance and analytics.
• Support marketing efforts to increase short-term rental bookings.
• Support marketing initiatives for long-term rentals, including building demand and waitlists.
• Assist with booking operations for short-term rental properties.

Qualifications:

• Expert-level experience with Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com
• Mid-level experience with Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Mid-level experience with Google Ads and SEO tools
• Preferably 5+ years of experience in real estate marketing
• Experience creating and managing digital marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, SEO/SEM, and analytics
• Ability to manage marketing efforts for both short-term and long-term rental properties

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Location: This is a remote job

Salary Package:

• PHP 35,000 – PHP 40,000
