We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a German Speaking Back Office Gaming Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert back-office support for premium gaming and esports platforms via email, chat, and internal ticketing systems.
• Ensure seamless user experiences by managing account verifications, payment resolutions, and technical inquiries.
• Monitor gaming activity to ensure compliance with international gaming regulations and industry safety standards.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering precise and empathetic communication in German.
• Collaborate with international teams to refine internal processes and elevate the support standards of our gaming partners.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and tournament updates within the esports landscape to better assist our global player base.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all support interactions within our CRM databases.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Genuine passion for the Gaming & Esports industry.
• Strong proficiency in PC literacy and multi-tasking across digital platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to relocate to Sofia for this position.
