Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze user-generated content to ensure compliance with social media safety guidelines and platform policies.

• Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on evolving content moderation standards and trends.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of moderation workflows and site security.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in English to effectively communicate within a multicultural team.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement for this relocation package).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to navigate complex social media platforms and digital tools.
• Resilience and the ability to work in a high-volume, professional moderation environment.
