The Role

We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a Greek Speaking Content Moderator position in Bulgaria within the dynamic social media industry. Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze user-generated content to ensure it adheres to social media community guidelines and safety policies.
• Monitor various social media platforms for policy violations, including hate speech, harassment, and prohibited content.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and quality while handling content moderation queues in Greek.
• Stay updated on evolving social media trends, platform updates, and content moderation protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Provide insightful feedback to improve existing content safety processes and tools within the industry.
• Contribute to a positive and professional environment by meeting daily performance targets.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Greek (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong interest in the social media industry and current digital trends.
• Ability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on detail and objectivity.
• Previous experience in moderation or customer support is a plus, but not strictly required.
