This role involves owning and evolving Cohere’s global narrative as the company grows. The Executive Producer, Executive Communications will use video as the primary medium to share voices and tell stories of executives at one of the fastest-growing companies in AI.

The role is cross-functional, partnering directly with C-Suite and VP executives to determine how Cohere communicates with customers, partners, and employees. The focus is on translating Cohere’s narrative—connecting sovereign AI, transatlantic growth, and product storytelling—into compelling content for the world.

The Executive Producer will execute Cohere’s strategic narrative through video, podcasts, and in-house production, with a focus on growing executive thought leadership profiles and delivering Cohere’s narrative to the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and execute Cohere’s strategic narrative across three storytelling surfaces: Executive Thought Leadership, Policy Storytelling, and Corporate Storytelling.
• Partner with the VP Global Communications on narrative architecture and translating Cohere’s narrative into content strategy and execution.
• Conduct audits and gap analyses across Cohere’s senior voices, including the co-founding team, CFO, Chief AI Officer, SVP Government Affairs, and various VPs.
• Develop content playbooks for key inflection moments like regulatory milestones, product launches, customer wins, and IPO milestones.
• Partner with Marketing to create content for company accounts.
• Stand up production functions, including stage capture systems, content atomization workflows, and freelance crew networks.
• Build AI-enabled workflows using Cohere’s products (Command, North, Embed, Rerank) for transcript-to-asset pipelines, executive prep automation, and narrative consistency.
• Initiate executive stage content capture and distribution at major events with lean, scalable production.
• Conduct executive content audits and gap analyses across senior voices.
• Refine and systematize content production workflows with predictable cadences.
• Develop flagship thought leadership pieces and corporate storytelling output.
• Scale successful storytelling surfaces based on impact analysis and team capacity.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Have 8-10 years of experience building executive and corporate narratives from ideation through execution, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth tech or AI environment.
• Be adept at creating production workflows from scratch, including stage capture systems and content atomization pipelines.
• Have experience in high-paced broadcast television environments.
• Build trust and rapport with executives and senior leaders naturally.
• Be scrappy, think outside the box, and enjoy marrying problems to solutions.
• Be highly organized, process-driven, and possess strong project management skills.
• Bring high levels of creativity to communications in format, channel, and storytelling.
• Comfortably navigate organizational dynamics and build strong relationships across all levels.
• Thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and know how to ruthlessly prioritize.
