About the Role: We are seeking an ambitious, high-energy Sr. Healthcare Partnerships Associate who will own a Midwest territory, blend digital prospecting with field sales, and directly expand access to patient care. This full-cycle role involves running the sales process end-to-end—using provided lead lists to hunt, consult, and close healthcare providers via aggressive outbound phone prospecting. Enjoy a hybrid schedule with three remote days per week. After the first 90 days, take full command of your market by spending two days a week in the field, leading all in-person meetings and relationship management for accounts within a 2.5-hour radius of your major metro hub.
If you are a sales professional based in the Midwest with the grit to cold call and the charisma to build lasting relationships, this position offers full territory ownership, fast-paced growth, and high-impact autonomy.
This role includes a base salary plus uncapped variable pay. Your earnings are directly tied to performance, with unlimited upside and strong potential to exceed target earnings.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years carrying a quota in outbound sales / business development (healthcare preferred) with a track record of strong attainment
- 2+ years of experience independently self-sourcing a meaningful portion of a sales pipeline through outbound channels, including cold calling
- Demonstrated success managing full-cycle deals independently, navigating complex objections with tenacity, and maintaining rigorous closing discipline
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging both providers and practice staff
- Experience managing customer relationships and deals in a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
- Must currently reside in the designated target market (Chicago, Detroit, Minneapolis-St. Paul, St. Louis, Kansas City, Cleveland, Columbus, Indianapolis, or Milwaukee) with reliable transportation. No relocation assistance provided.
Preferred Qualifications:
While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory. We encourage all interested applicants to apply, even those who may not meet every preferred requirement.
- A proven ability to operate in ambiguous environments, leveraging curiosity and experimentation to build new playbooks and process improvements
- Experience selling to a diverse range of personas within healthcare or health systems, spanning from individual contributors to executive decision-makers
- Experience operating within a startup environment and navigating the unique challenges of taking a business from 0 to 1
- A history of upward professional progression or internal promotion(s) in previous sales or business development roles
Benefits:
- 100% remote work environment: Working hours to support a healthy work-life balance, ensuring you can meet both professional and personal commitments (must be based in the United States, currently not hiring in Hawaii)
- Attractive pay and benefits: Full transparency of pay ranges regardless of where you live in the United States
- Comprehensive health benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and FSA/HSA
- 401(k) plan access: Start saving for your future
- Generous time-off policies: Including 2 company-wide shutdown weeks each year for self-care (for most employees)
- Paid parental leave: Available for all parents, including birthing, non-birthing, adopting, and fostering
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Supporting your mental and physical health
- Quarterly department stipend: Fun team-building activities or in-person gatherings
- Community and employee resource groups: Participate in groups that celebrate employee identity and lived experiences
- Home office stipend: New hire home office stipend & $50 monthly stipend to help cover internet or cell phone expenses
- Wellness at Rula program: Year-round wellness initiatives and a $50/month wellness stipend
