As the largest training provider for Amazon Career Choice and a growing partner to state governments building registered apprenticeship programs, Correlation One sits at the intersection of employer talent needs and scalable workforce training.
We work with Fortune 500 enterprises, federal and state government agencies, and leading employers to close skills gaps in AI, data analytics, cybersecurity, and operations leadership. Our programs produce job-ready graduates who are prepared to contribute from day one.
Your impact
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will support a portfolio of enterprise client relationships and help ensure clients see measurable business impact from their AI workforce development programs. You will work closely with the client's stakeholders and Correlation One's internal teams to keep programs on track, resolve issues before they escalate, and identify opportunities for the partnership to grow.
This is an execution-focused relationship role, typically supporting a Director of Client Partnerships on a defined set of accounts or workstreams. You will build strong day-to-day relationships with client program owners and sponsors, help maintain account plans, and translate client needs into clear action for internal teams.
You will help carry client outcomes from plan to delivery. That includes tracking program milestones, flagging risks early, keeping stakeholders informed, and contributing ideas on where Correlation One can expand the relationship through additional programs, services, or pilots.
This role is ideal for someone who is a strong relationship manager, a clear communicator, and a reliable cross-functional operator who is ready to grow into broader account ownership.
A day in the life
- Build and maintain relationships with client program owners and day-to-day stakeholders, supporting the broader executive relationship map led by the Director.
- Help maintain account plans that connect client priorities, program delivery, and renewal health.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams across learning, program operations, product, marketing, analytics, and sales to keep client commitments on track.
- Monitor delivery and adoption milestones, flag risks early, and help drive internal follow-through before issues become client escalations.
- Support client check-ins and business reviews, helping translate program data and client feedback into clear next steps.
- Help identify renewal and expansion signals, and bring them to the Director and account leadership for strategy development.
- Maintain account documentation, including stakeholder maps, meeting notes, and status trackers, using established account-management templates.
- Track and report on key metrics: program quality, learner adoption, stakeholder engagement, and delivery status.
- Partner with Sales and Growth teams on renewal logistics and SOW coordination as needed.
Your expertise
- 5 to 7 years of experience in account management, client success, consulting, or program delivery, ideally in a client-facing capacity with U.S.-based enterprises
- Demonstrated ability to manage day-to-day client relationships and keep complex workstreams moving.
- Strong relationship-building skills with client stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn program details into concise updates and next steps.
- Ability to coordinate across internal teams and keep people aligned on deliverables.
- Good judgment in prioritizing tasks, managing ambiguity, and knowing when to escalate.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach to spotting and surfacing expansion or renewal opportunities.
- Experience and interest in workforce development, digital transformation, education, Artificial Intelligence, or technology sectors preferred.
- AI-forward mindset, with genuine curiosity about AI tools and their practical use in account management, client communication, and program delivery.
- Ability to communicate flawlessly in English with global teams and clients

Correlation One
View Company ProfileCorrelation One (operating under correlation-one.com, legally Correlation One, Inc.) is the premier, enterprise-grade AI enablement platform, corporate data upskilling pioneer, and human capital transformation powerhouse engineered to act as the definitive, high-velocity workflow redesign, workforce training, and technical talent acquisition layer for Fortune 500 corporations, global financial institutions, and major government agencies. Co-founded in 2015 by quantitative finance and tech innovators Rasheed Sabar (Co-CEO) and Sham Mustafa (Co-CEO), the company completely eliminates the severe systemic friction of enterprise digital modernization—where organizations lose billions on passive, low-ROI generic AI course libraries and abstract training videos that fail to transfer to real-world workflows—by deploying custom, cohort-based, and instructor-led upskilling matrices. Moving far beyond traditional, passive online learning platforms or fragmented recruiting agencies, Correlation One natively unifies multi-level executive AI fluency, hands-on prompt engineering and AI workflow orchestration (such as prompt chaining methodologies), specialized U.S. Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship Programs, and national-scale technical talent sourcing channels like Datathons into a single high-availability training ecosystem. Serving as a trusted digital capability builder for hundreds of elite global operations—including Amazon, Citadel, Coca-Cola, and the U.S. Department of Defense—the platform has advanced the careers of over 500,000 professionals across more than 50 countries. Under the hood, its technology and operations framework integrates a global network of over 3,000 domain experts from top-tier institutions like MIT and Harvard, secure corporate APIs, and structured, workflow-specific curriculum templates designed to drive measurable business impact and high-confidence skills transformation within 90 days of deployment. What sets Correlation One apart is its uncompromising dedication to replacing abstract theory with functional operational readiness, human-in-the-loop AI governance, and localized economic empowerment; by bridging the gap between performance-intensive advanced data science concepts and the everyday workflows of a scaling enterprise, the corporation remains a definitive cornerstone of modern algorithmic EdTech and global workforce intelligence transformation.
