職務概要
データセンター技術講師（リードインストラクター）は、ライブ形式のオンライン授業を担当し、社内スタッフと連携しながら受講者の学習を支援するポジションです。
主な業務は、データセンター技術に関するオンライン授業の実施です。本プログラムでは、さまざまな学習経験、職務経験、技術経験を持つ約100名の受講者を対象に、ライブ形式のオンライン授業を担当していただきます。
授業の準備・実施に加え、社内のプログラム運営チームとの連携を通じて、プログラム全体の円滑な実施と学習成果の向上に貢献していただきます。
プログラム詳細情報
- 実施期間：2026年9月7日〜2027年4月16日
- 日時：毎週火・木曜日 19:00〜21:30（日本時間）
オンライン授業の運営について
- さまざまな学習経験、職務経験、技術経験を有する受講者を対象としたオンライン授業の準備および実施
- 授業中の質疑応答の進行、チャットの確認および対応
- クラス全体の雰囲気や受講者の参加状況を把握し、受講者の積極的な参加を促す
プログラム運営チームとの連携
- Correlation Oneの運営スタッフと密に連携し、スケジュールに沿った円滑なプログラム運営を支援する
- 必要に応じて、授業や教材の設計、開発、改善に協力する
- 教材に関する修正内容、提案、変更点などを記録し、カリキュラム改善に貢献する

授業準備
- 質の高い授業を提供できるよう、事前に学習内容を十分に確認・準備する
受講者への対応力と共感
- 受講者からの質問や相談に丁寧かつ迅速に対応し、学習をサポートする
- さまざまな学習経験、職務経験、技術経験を有する受講者の理解度に応じて、説明の方法や授業のペースを調整する。同時に、予定された講義内容を時間内に適切に進める
オンライン授業の進行力
- 適切なテンポで授業を進め、複雑な技術内容も分かりやすく伝えながら、受講者が積極的に参加できる授業づくりを行う
コミュニケーション
- オンラインやテキストでのコミュニケーションでは、トーンやニュアンスが伝わりにくいことを意識し、相手を尊重したコミュニケーションを行う
- Correlation Oneのスタッフとこまめに連絡・情報共有を行う
学習環境づくり
- 前向きな姿勢で、受講者が安心して学べる雰囲気づくりに貢献する
授業内容の改善
- 授業や教材について、具体的かつ率直なフィードバックをCorrelation Oneチームへ共有し、授業内容の継続的な改善に協力する
求める経験・スキル
- EPI認定 CDCP®（Certified Data Center Professional）資格をお持ちの方
- 日本語で流暢に授業ができ、英語で社内スタッフと問題なくコミュニケーションできる方（授業は日本語で行われます）
- データセンター施設、またはそれに類する環境での実務経験をお持ちの方
- 講師、研修、ファシリテーション、コーチング、新人教育・業務習得支援などの経験があり、技術分野の経験や知識が限られている初心者にも、技術的な内容を分かりやすく説明できる方
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力を持ち、さまざまな学習経験、職務経験、技術経験を持つ成人学習者をサポートできる方
- 技術チームの指導、監督、またはリーダーシップ経験。正式なオンライン授業や講義の経験が少ない方でも、こうしたチーム育成・指導経験をお持ちの方は歓迎します
- データセンター運用やインフラ分野でのキャリアを目指す受講者の学習支援に強い関心・意欲をお持ちの方
- 受講者の立場に立って考え、柔軟かつ忍耐強く対応できる方
- CompTIA A+、Network+などの基礎IT資格をお持ちの方は歓迎します
