What You’ll Do:
As a **Senior Account Executive** at a pharma advertising agency, you will:
- Demonstrate **significant knowledge** of agency procedures and contribute to resolving complex issues faced by clients.
- Support **Account Supervisor, Group Account Supervisor, and/or Account Director** in managing client work, including:
- Creation of **work orders, change orders, project briefs, status reports, conference reports**, and review of **project timelines** with **Project Management**.
- Communicate effectively with **assigned client contacts** to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Track **budget** and manage **client billing** processes.
- Leverage **agency process knowledge** to independently follow up with internal departments, address questions, and **anticipate issues** to keep projects on track.
- Understand **clients’ business objectives** and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Serve as the **client’s primary contact** with the agency on a **day-to-day basis**.
- Support **billing and communications updates**, including **status reports, invoices, and financial trackers**.
- Build **strong relationships** with **day-to-day project managers, copywriters, and art directors** to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Attend **market research sessions**, capture notes, and **download teams on trends** observed and insights gathered.
About You:
We are looking for a **pharma advertising agency professional** with the following qualifications:
- **3-5 years** of **advertising agency Account Management experience**, with a **pharma agency focus** required.
- Ability to **multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment**—**pharma agency experience required**.
- Demonstrated **excellence in attention to detail** and **follow-through** on tasks.
- Strong **organizational and interpersonal communication skills** to manage client relationships effectively.
- Ability to **communicate directly and frequently** with clients with **some autonomy**.
- Strong **digital acumen** to navigate modern marketing tools and platforms.
- A **BA/BS degree** with coursework emphasis in **marketing, communications, and/or advertising**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)** required.
