Job Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a Dutch Speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisor position in Bulgaria. In this essential role, you will act as the primary point of contact for supply chain inquiries, ensuring seamless delivery operations and exceptional service standards within the fast-paced Logistics & Supply Chain industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert support regarding complex logistics, distribution, and supply chain tracking for Dutch-speaking clients.
• Coordinate directly with carriers and warehouses to resolve delivery discrepancies, ensuring high-level service efficiency.
• Maintain accurate logs of shipments and delivery statuses within our specialized Logistics & Supply Chain management systems.
• Proactively communicate potential supply chain delays to customers and offer strategic solutions to maintain satisfaction.
• Collaborate with international cross-functional teams to streamline delivery processes and optimize the end-to-end customer journey.
• Handle high-priority escalations with professionalism, ensuring compliance with organizational supply chain protocols.
• Execute data entry and documentation tasks to ensure all logistics records remain audit-ready and accurate.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Proven interest or experience in the Logistics & Supply Chain industry or customer service.
• Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong digital literacy and ability to navigate complex CRM and tracking software.
