5+ years in campaign operations, marketing operations, or related execution roles required.

At MNTN, you’ll own the reliable execution of email and lifecycle campaigns across our go-to-market motion. Your role ensures campaign briefs are transformed into launched, tested, and measurable programs, managing intake, audience setup, build, QA, scheduling, deployment, and post-launch monitoring. This position adds the dedicated execution capacity the Marketing Operations team needs to balance urgent campaign asks with systems improvements and long-term automation work.

You’ll report to the Marketing Operations lead and collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations, owning campaign operations and execution.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own campaign intake and execution from approved brief through audience build, configuration, QA, scheduling, launch, monitoring, and closeout.
  • Build email, nurture, lifecycle, and event-triggered campaigns in Inflection or related platforms, translating strategy into workflows, segmentation, suppression logic, personalization, and clear handoffs.
  • Set campaign calendars, service levels, cutoffs, and expedited-request rules to manage last-minute work effectively.
  • Conduct thorough pre-launch QA across content, links, audiences, consent, suppression, timing, personalization, and downstream CRM behavior; monitor launches, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate fixes.
  • Maintain templates, checklists, naming conventions, audience documentation, and runbooks; capture learnings and provide clean campaign metadata for accurate measurement.
  • Partner with the GTM Engineer on integrations, routing, web forms, deliverability, and reusable automation, supporting campaign infrastructure across Marketing and GTM channels.
  • Manage campaign operations and email agents across the marketing automation toolset, automating repeatable manual work and driving process improvements.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years in campaign operations, marketing operations, lifecycle marketing operations, or a related execution role.
  • Hands-on experience building and launching complex email or omnichannel campaigns in Inflection, Marketo, HubSpot, Braze, Iterable, or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of segmentation, suppression, consent, testing, personalization, and campaign QA.
  • Experience managing a high-volume campaign calendar with shifting priorities and firm launch dates.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce campaign and lead/contact data, including how marketing activity flows into CRM processes.
  • Strong attention to detail, operational judgment, and calm troubleshooting under deadline pressure.
  • Ability to create repeatable processes without slowing down the business.

Nice to Haves:

  • Familiarity with email deliverability fundamentals and sender-reputation monitoring.
  • Experience with web forms, lead routing, audience queries, or basic SQL.
  • Experience supporting B2B demand generation, sales-assisted motions, and long-running lifecycle programs.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Owning the day-to-day execution of email and integrated campaigns in Inflection, including audience setup, testing, launch, monitoring, and post-campaign follow-up.
  • Establishing a consistent campaign intake and production process that improves planning, reduces last-minute work, and provides stakeholders with clear timelines and status.
  • Improving campaign quality and reliability through documented standards, quality checks, audience governance, and accurate lead and campaign data flowing into Salesforce.
  • Partnering with Marketing, MOPS, and GTM Systems to improve automation, integrations, and use of the existing martech stack while reducing manual campaign work.
