Progress Partners is a fast-growing technology company building and scaling next-generation SaaS and mobile platforms. We blend creativity with data-driven execution to ship high-impact products, including AI-powered tools, productivity platforms, and workflow software, used by millions of people in more than 160 countries.

Our global team of experts in software development, product design, growth, and analytics collaborates across time zones to deliver category-defining innovations. We work end-to-end across the product lifecycle: design, build, launch, and scale.

About the Role

We work with dozens of providers, and that number keeps growing. You will be the dedicated full-time owner of this area: managing contract renewals, preparing and executing negotiations, initiating conversations with new vendors, and keeping every agreement and its terms under control.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full vendor lifecycle: sourcing and evaluating new providers, onboarding, relationship management, renewals, and offboarding.

  • Prepare and execute contract negotiations: research market rates, build negotiation strategies, and secure better pricing and terms across our vendor base.

  • Manage renewals proactively: track dates, review terms in advance, and ensure no contract auto-renews on unfavorable conditions.

  • Build and maintain a central vendor and contract registry, with clear, automated workflows for tracking agreements, terms, owners, and obligations.

  • Monitor vendor performance and compliance: SLAs, deliverables, and contractual obligations, resolving issues before they become problems.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand needs, consolidate overlapping tools and services, and give leadership clear visibility into vendor spend and savings.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in vendor management, procurement, supply chain, or contract administration, ideally in an international, multi-vendor environment.

  • Hands-on negotiation and contract management experience: proven track record of improving supplier terms and ensuring compliance with agreed conditions.

  • Process builder mindset: experience digitizing documentation and reporting workflows, replacing manual tracking with automated, transparent systems.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical: able to manage dozens of active agreements and deadlines while using data to compare offers and demonstrate savings.

  • Strong communication skills and fluent English: able to build long-term vendor relationships while representing the company's interests firmly.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cross-border agreements, SaaS or digital service providers, or fast-growing remote companies.

How We Work

We’re fully remote and distributed across time zones. We default to async, communicate in writing, and trust people to deliver outcomes, not log hours. Decisions are transparent, ownership is clear, and your work is visible from day one.

Interview Process

We've designed our interview process to be transparent, respectful of your time, and a genuine two-way conversation. You'll always know what stage you're at, what to expect next, and roughly how long things will take.

  • Initial screen with our Talent Acquisition Team - 30 min

  • Technical interview with our Hiring Manager - 60 min

  • Final panel with leadership - 30 min

What We Offer

  • Remote-first: Live and work wherever you're happiest and most productive. No relocation, ever.

  • Flexible hours: we measure outcomes, not time spent at a desk.

  • Unlimited PTO: take the time you need to rest, recharge, and do your best work.

  • Learning & development budget: courses, books, conferences, certifications, whatever helps you grow.

  • Home office & wellness allowance: a dedicated budget to set up your workspace and support your health.

  • A small, senior, collaborative team where your work is visible and your decisions matter.

  • The chance to build products used by millions of people across 160+ countries.
