About the Role

We're looking for a Link Building & Outreach Specialist to grow our domain authority and organic visibility through high-quality backlinks. You'll own the full link acquisition process, from prospecting and qualifying opportunities to executing outreach campaigns at scale, using data-driven analysis and AI-powered automation to maximize efficiency and personalization. Your work will directly shape our search rankings, referral traffic, and long-term SEO growth.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and qualify high-value link-building opportunities through competitor backlink analysis, search footprints, Google operators, and other prospecting methods, evaluating sites on relevance, traffic, authority, and quality.

• Design and run personalized outreach campaigns at scale, including segmentation, follow-up sequences, and ongoing optimization, leveraging AI and automation tools to boost efficiency and response rates.

• Secure guest posts, link insertions, directory listings, and other backlink placements that strengthen our domain profile.

• Build and optimize company profiles and submissions across relevant B2B directories, industry platforms, and review sites.

• Coordinate end-to-end content for guest posts, from briefing and sourcing to reviewing, editing, and final approval.

• Audit and verify live placements, confirming target URLs, anchor text, link attributes, and overall quality, to ensure campaign integrity and results.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in outreach and link building, with strong knowledge of link-building strategies and backlink quality assessment.

• Advanced proficiency with Ahrefs, including competitor and backlink analysis, and a proven ability to independently find and qualify link-building opportunities.

• Experience with guest posting, link insertions, directory/profile submissions, and publisher outreach, including briefing writers and reviewing/editing external content.

• Strong experience with email outreach automation and personalization at scale, using tools such as Lemlist, Instantly, Hunter, or similar.

• Strong working knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) for research, outreach personalization, content, and workflow automation, plus strong Google Sheets/Excel skills.

• Strong written communication and the ability to work autonomously in a remote, async environment.

• Comfort with ownership, transparency, and a results-driven mindset.
