As a Team Coach / Scrum Master, you will support Product Teams in delivering value predictably, sustainably, and transparently. You will act as a coach, facilitator, and servant leader, helping teams strengthen collaboration, improve ways of working, and continuously address barriers to delivery. Working closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads, Engineers, and stakeholders, you will use data and team insights to improve delivery flow, team effectiveness, and product outcomes. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of agile and product ways of working across the organization.
YOU WILL
- Facilitate effective Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily coordination, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring each session has a clear purpose and outcome.
- Coach Product Teams and stakeholders in Agile principles, Scrum practices, and effective product ways of working.
- Support Product Owners in maintaining backlog readiness, quality, transparency, and prioritization.
- Use Jira and delivery metrics to identify bottlenecks, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate the identification, escalation, and resolution of impediments and delivery risks.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure retrospective actions are followed through.
- Promote transparency around delivery progress, commitments, risks, and dependencies.
- Foster effective collaboration between Product Teams and stakeholders across the organization.
- Support teams in improving planning discipline, backlog management, delivery flow, and team effectiveness.
- Use team-level delivery indicators to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Help teams build sustainable ways of working and increase their level of autonomy and self-organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Team Coach, or in a similar role within a product development environment.
- Strong practical knowledge of Scrum, Agile principles, and product-based ways of working.
- Experience supporting one or more Product Teams, preferably in a complex or cross-functional environment.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to work effectively with Product Owners, Tech Leads, Engineers, and stakeholders.
- Experience working with Jira and delivery/team metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Good understanding of backlog management, refinement, prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery flow.
- Ability to facilitate resolution of impediments, dependencies, and delivery risks.
- A data-driven and pragmatic approach to continuous improvement and team effectiveness.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to challenge constructively and build alignment.
- A coaching mindset focused on enabling teams to become increasingly self-organizing and effective.
- Experience turning retrospective insights into concrete and measurable improvements.
- Ability to work effectively in a complex, cross-functional, and distributed environment.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
