What You’ll Do
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
- Headhunt top profiles (Sales / Marketing / Support functions), by sourcing and reaching out to great talents after identifying the needs of team leaders and hiring managers.
- Assess applications by managing candidates’ screening and conducting pre-qualification interviews for assigned positions.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience and apply competency-based assessment methodology.
- Proactively engage and manage internal stakeholders by coaching and sharing best practices with hiring managers.
- Track and report talent acquisition metrics to identify best practices and pain points.
Who You Are
We’re looking for:
- Experience in Talent Acquisition in a fast-growing environment and/or experience in Go-to-market/commercial/business profile hiring.
- Mixed agency/search and internal TA experience.
- Headhunting experience honed through best-in-class Sales-led organizations.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, a love for challenges, and a hands-on approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and employees.
- A preference for productivity tools and the ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a structured way.
- Curiosity, a love for learning, and the ability to work autonomously.
- Pragmatism and the ability to solve problems quickly. Analytical and rigorous.
- Outstanding writing and verbal communication skills in English.
