Talent Acquisition Specialist

💼 The Role:

MyEdSpace is an education technology platform connecting global teachers with students in need. Backed by $15m in Series A funding, we’re scaling rapidly and seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing People team.

You’ll support hiring efforts across Technology (Engineering, Product, Data), Commercial (Sales, Customer Support, Founders Team), and Education (Teachers, Teaching Assistants) globally, partnering with hiring managers to ensure a best-in-class recruitment operation. This role is ideal for someone ready to play a pivotal role in scaling our business, with 100+ roles to fill in 2026.

⚙️ What You’ll Do:

You will:

• Coordinate day-to-day hiring efforts, including:

  • Managing job postings, applicant tracking, scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Supporting CV screening and running initial phone screens.
  • Coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Leading on sourcing and outreach for key hires.
• Help build processes, leveraging our ATS (Ashby), automation, and AI, to optimize hiring globally.
• Handle routine admin tasks such as offer paperwork, compliance checks, and reference coordination.
• Provide feedback to management on market trends, influencing people strategy where possible.
• Support broader People Ops tasks during quieter recruiting periods.

🙋 Who We’re Looking For:

This role is ideal for someone with experience hiring across a high-growth, global, technology business. You will be:

• Exceptionally organized, with a high attention to detail.

• A people person, with clear, confident communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly.

• Extremely tech-literate, staying updated on best-in-class tooling, process, and automation.

• Data-driven, comfortable working with data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

• A passionate recruiter with a track record of delivery across multiple functions, ideally in both technical and commercial roles.
