Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and review user-generated content to ensure it complies with social media platform guidelines and legal standards.
• Maintain a high level of quality while identifying potential risks, hate speech, or harmful material within the Swedish digital community.
• Collaborate with international teams to refine moderation strategies and improve community safety features.
• Stay updated on changing social media policies and cultural trends relevant to the Swedish market.
• Document and report emerging patterns or high-risk content to relevant internal departments for immediate escalation.
• Ensure an optimal and safe user experience by moderating video, image, and text-based posts.
• Participate in regular workshops focused on continuous improvement within the social media moderation sector.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Swedish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive content in a professional manner.
• A genuine interest in the social media industry and digital trends.
• Previous experience in moderation, customer support, or similar digital roles is considered a strong asset.
• Ability to relocate to Sofia for this on-site position.
