• Resolve travel-related disputes and support guests with accommodation adjustments.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of tourism destinations and booking platform tools.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the client experience through proactive feedback.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written).
• Good command of the English language.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Passion for travel and the tourism industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Availability to work in a rotating shift environment.
