Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Greek-speaking clients, delivering industry-leading support solutions.
• Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services within the Customer Support Services sector to provide accurate, value-driven assistance.
• Document all interactions meticulously within our CRM systems to ensure clear and actionable data for our operations team.
• Collaborate with international colleagues to streamline communication processes for our Greek-speaking customer base.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute to organizational efficiency.
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, including quality assurance and resolution time targets.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Greek (spoken and written) is absolutely essential for this role.
• Proficiency in English to communicate effectively within our multinational environment.
• Proven experience in Customer Support Services or a client-facing consultative role.
• A valid EU passport or the legal right to work within the European Union.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
