Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to gaming enthusiasts via chat, email, and social media channels.
• Resolve technical queries, account issues, and billing concerns within the Gaming & Esports ecosystem.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the client’s gaming titles to provide expert guidance to the player base.
• Effectively translate game documentation and support resources from English to Greek.
• Escalate critical bugs and platform issues to the technical development teams to ensure a seamless gaming experience.
• Contribute to a positive and engaging community environment for players in the Greek market.
• Represent the brand with professionalism while staying authentic to the gaming industry culture.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Greek (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in English to collaborate with international teams.
• Valid EU passport or work authorization for Bulgaria.
• A genuine passion for Gaming & Esports and familiarity with modern gaming trends.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a player-centric attitude.
• Ability to relocate to Sofia for this on-site position.
