THE SUPPLY CHAIN TEAM:

Key problems the team addresses:

• Supply 10s to 100s of GWs of compute, the largest build-out in history. Qualify and dual-source critical equipment with lead-time and capacity thresholds tied to the forward build pipeline.
• Make supply chain the reason we build faster than competitors. Our modular build redefines speed in the industry, relying on supply chain to keep procurement off the critical path.
• Build the most accurate supply chain prediction models using AI to forecast lead times, demand, and disruptions with unprecedented precision.

Role Scope:

• Own the hardware fleet lifecycle: receipt, deployment, spares, return merchandise authorization (RMA), and decommissioning across all sites.
• Set spares strategy per site, including levels, locations, and replenishment triggers, balancing availability against capital.
• Track fleet health and utilization to inform aging, failure rates, and warranty decisions.
• Coordinate fleet moves between sites, from packaging standards to chain of custody.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience managing a hardware fleet or asset base of tens of thousands of units.
• Experience setting spares levels based on failure data and defending the working capital required.
• Ability to maintain accurate asset records to survive audits without scrambling.
• Experience running RMA and warranty recovery programs that returned real money.
• Bonus: Experience with GPU or server fleets, DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management) and asset systems, reverse logistics, depreciation, and capital planning.
