The Construction Team

Key problems the team addresses:

• Deploy gigawatts of infrastructure faster than anyone else. We’re executing one of the largest data center buildouts, with multiple sites running simultaneously. Traditional construction models fail at this scale, so we’re inventing a new approach.

• Eliminate traditional construction inefficiencies. Strip away unnecessary tools, processes, and administrative overhead to solve real problems and meet goals.

• Productize data center construction. Turn one-off builds into repeatable, modular processes, ensuring the hundredth site is faster and cleaner than the first.

Role Scope

• Own day-to-day execution for greenfield and brownfield GPU data center builds, coordinating general contractors, trades, and vendors to deliver safe, on-schedule, and on-budget facilities with extreme power and cooling density.

• Build, maintain, and execute integrated schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

• Enforce the safety program and foster a zero-incident culture across all subcontractors.

• Coordinate CSA (Civil Sitework) and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) trades, resolve field conflicts in real time, and verify QA/QC, submittals, RFIs (Requests for Information), and change-order processes.

• Track and report daily progress, spend, earned value, and resource loading, issuing recovery plans when necessary.

• Lead scopes of work for critical-path trades and packages, managing construction contracts from award through close-out.

What We're Looking For

• Experience managing hyperscale, semiconductor, or mission-critical construction projects.

• Deep knowledge of CSA and MEP construction phases, procurement workflows, and cost controls.

• Proven ability to build and drive integrated schedules in Primavera P6 or MS Project.

• Strong commitment to safety enforcement and holding subcontractors accountable.

• Experience coordinating across Design, Procurement, Commissioning, and Operations with clean handoffs.

• Willingness to travel 80–100% to active sites; this role is field-based.

• Bonus: Construction management qualifications, experience with liquid cooling or high-density power builds, or multi-site international delivery.
