Social Media Assistant (Remote, UK-Based Clients)

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Monitor social media channels and engage with comments and messages
• Assist with creating captions, graphics briefs, and content calendars
• Track performance metrics and compile weekly engagement reports
• Support the marketing team with ad-hoc content and campaign tasks

Requirements:

• Experience managing social media accounts in a professional or marketing role
• Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Metricool, Buffer, or Hootsuite
• Strong written communication with an eye for on-brand messaging
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking
• Creative flair with the ability to contribute fresh content ideas
