Key Responsibilities

• Answer and direct calls and messages
• Respond to general enquiries via email and chat
• Manage diaries and book appointments
• Handle post, deliveries, and visitor logs in collaboration with the team
• Keep contact records up to date

Requirements

• Experience as a receptionist or front-desk administrator
• Professional and warm spoken and written English
• Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Availability to work 09:00-17:00 UK time (equivalent to 11:00-19:00 SAST)

Nice to Have

• Experience with a virtual phone system
• Familiarity with booking tools like Calendly
• Prior experience working with UK businesses
