You will work as the right hand of a UK manager or small team, keeping inboxes, calendars, and to-do lists under control. This is a full-time, 100% remote role for South African talent, working UK hours: 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST).
Key Responsibilities
- Triage email and flag priorities
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars across time zones
- Book travel and appointments
- Research suppliers and prepare simple summaries
- Track tasks and follow up until they are done
What You'll Need
- Experience in a VA, PA, or admin role
- Confident with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Strong written English
- Good organization and the ability to work independently
- Able to work 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST)
Nice to Have
- Experience with Slack, Zoom, and Asana
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping or invoicing
- Experience supporting UK clients
