Senior UX/UI Designer (AI-First Company)

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Work with cross-functional teams to solve customer problems.

Create innovative solutions that meet customer needs and are extremely easy to use.

Own and drive the entire design process for your area, acting as the advocate for the user and responsible for the journey from first sketch to shipped feature, then monitoring its performance and iterating.

Conduct extensive user research to inform design decisions.

Iterate on exciting solutions based on received feedback and data.

Stay up-to-date with current design trends, techniques, and practices.

Actively collaborate with the design guild to improve our existing design systems and design processes.

Be autonomous and proactive, taking full ownership and responsibility for your work.

Provide and receive actionable feedback from teammates.

What Will Help You Succeed

You must have minimum 3+ years of experience designing for consumer-focused tech companies.

You must have deep fluency in design thinking, user-centered methodologies, UX research, prototyping, and iterative design—not just delivering UI screens, but understanding why and how those designs solve user and business problems.

You must be comfortable owning a design area end-to-end, making strategic design decisions, collaborating cross-functionally, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints, and driving execution through to launch.

You must have excellent communication skills to clearly present your design ideas and solutions.

You must be able to conduct user research, understand data, and validate ideas.

You must have an excellent knowledge of design tools.

You must have a great knowledge of design systems and be able to contribute to them.

You must be driven, creative, and hungry for knowledge.

You must have an impressive online portfolio showcasing real design cases, thoughts behind ideas, solutions, and process.

You must have an understanding of analytics tools such as Amplitude, Hotjar.
