Senior Project Manager - Implementation

The Role

As a company undergoing significant growth, Simpplr is seeking a Senior Project Manager in its Implementation function to work with Commercial, basic Enterprise, and complex Enterprise customers. You will bring experience in both waterfall and agile delivery methodologies, a strong understanding of SaaS platforms, and ideally PMI/PMP or Agile certification. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, transforming ambiguity into clarity, working to tight deadlines, and taking calculated risks. Key Responsibilities

What You Will Be Doing:

• Collaborate with Simpplr Implementation Consultants, Implementation Engineers, and cross-functional teams.
• Work directly with customers and prospects to define project scope.
• Develop project plans for both standard and custom projects.
• Manage the project portfolio assigned to you.
• Manage project schedule, budget, issues, and risks.
• Track project KPIs and project work effort.
• Report at both project and portfolio levels.
• Manage customer expectations.
• Track and manage project work effort.
• Provide mentorship on project plan-related questions to less experienced teammates.

Required Skillset

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• 3-5 years of Project Management experience or comparable work experience.
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
• Managed projects under both waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Built a strong track record in successful project delivery.
• Experienced in using SaaS-based project tools (Jira, DevRev, Project Management Tools, OnRamp).
• Developed extensive collaboration and communication skills.
• Delivered complex implementations into SMB and Enterprise business markets.
• Acquired strong resilience and influencing capabilities.
