Horizon3 is a fast-growing, remote-first cybersecurity company specializing in autonomous attack simulation and validation. Their flagship product, NodeZero®, helps organizations identify exploitable weaknesses, validate remediation, and continuously prove security resilience across internal networks, cloud environments, identities, and web applications.
What You'll Do
You will serve as the Senior Product Marketing Manager for NodeZero’s Internal and Cloud Pentesting portfolio, shaping the go-to-market strategy for a product that safely validates attack paths across internal infrastructure, identities, cloud environments, and hybrid estates.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end product marketing strategy, positioning, messaging, and launch plans for NodeZero Internal and Cloud Pentesting.
Define the portfolio narrative across internal networks, Active Directory, AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, and hybrid-cloud attack paths.
Translate the ‘hack, fix, verify, repeat’ model into value propositions for CISOs, security leaders, SecOps, ITOps, and offensive-security teams.
Develop persona-specific messaging for Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Commercial segments, targeting both technical champions and executive buyers.
Create annual and quarterly GTM plans connecting product priorities to pipeline creation, win-rate improvement, customer adoption, and measurable risk-reduction outcomes.
Lead product launches and major capability releases, from market insight and narrative development to enablement, campaign activation, and post-launch performance review.
Technical Product Marketing & Proof-First Content
Turn complex offensive-security capabilities into technically credible, differentiated, and commercially useful stories.
Explain how NodeZero safely discovers exploitable weaknesses, chains attack paths, validates impact, and verifies remediation across internal, cloud, identity, and hybrid environments.
Develop proof-first content, including solution briefs, technical blogs, buyer’s guides, demo narratives, webinars, customer stories, and executive POVs.
Build a repeatable library of evidence around production safety, agentless deployment, recurring testing, attack-path visibility, and one-click verification.
Collaborate with Attack Research, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to turn new capabilities and validated findings into compelling market-facing content.
Field Enablement, Adoption & Revenue Impact
Own technical enablement for account executives, SDRs, solutions engineers, customer success teams, and channel partners.
Create sales plays, discovery guides, qualification frameworks, competitive responses, battlecards, demo scripts, and training materials.
Differentiate autonomous pentesting from vulnerability scanning, breach simulation, periodic manual pentesting, and point solutions.
Equip sellers to connect practitioner-level proof (e.g., attack paths, lateral movement) to executive outcomes like reduced exposure, faster remediation, and defensible security assurance.
Partner with Demand Generation and Sales Operations to activate campaign-in-a-box programs and measure pipeline and revenue contribution.
Product Partnership & Market Intelligence
Serve as the market and customer voice for the Internal and Cloud Pentesting portfolio, bringing buyer needs and competitive pressure into product planning.
Conduct customer, prospect, and field interviews to understand buying criteria, technical objections, and unmet needs.
Monitor changes in cloud security, identity security, exposure management, autonomous pentesting, and offensive-security markets.
Measurement, Operations & Continuous Improvement
Define success metrics for product launches, content, enablement, pipeline influence, and customer outcomes.
Use Salesforce, product analytics, and win/loss insights to evaluate performance and improve GTM programs.
Create clear reporting for marketing and revenue leadership, including what is working and where friction exists.
What You’ll Bring
8+ years of B2B product marketing experience, with experience launching complex technical products in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity.
Demonstrated success owning product strategy, positioning, launches, content, enablement, and performance measurement across a product line.
Strong cybersecurity fluency, including practical understanding of internal penetration testing, cloud security, Active Directory, Kubernetes, hybrid environments, attack paths, and remediation validation.
Ability to engage credibly with penetration testers, red-teamers, cloud-security engineers, SecOps practitioners, product leaders, and CISOs.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, translating technical evidence into clear, differentiated, value-driven messaging.
Track record of influencing cross-functional teams and managing high-stakes launches with a clear ROI lens.
Proficiency with Salesforce, product analytics, and performance measurement tools.
Nice to Have
Experience as a penetration tester, security practitioner, solutions engineer, or technical product marketer.
Hands-on familiarity with AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Entra ID, Active Directory, vulnerability-management, or breach and attack simulation platforms.
Experience marketing autonomous security, offensive security, cloud security, identity security, or infrastructure security products.
Travel Requirements
Up to 20% travel for product launches, industry events, customer interviews, and sales-team engagement.
Perks of Horizon3
Competitive compensation with base salary range: $180,000 - $230,000 annually and equity packages.
Inclusive team culture, growth opportunities, and hybrid/remote work options.

Horizon3 ai
View Company ProfileHorizon3.ai is a leading cybersecurity firm that revolutionized the industry with NodeZero, the world's first fully autonomous penetration testing platform. Founded in 2019 by former US Special Operations and national security experts, the company shifts the paradigm from reactive defense to proactive offense. Under the hood, NodeZero acts as an automated ethical hacker, continuously discovering, exploiting, and providing remediation paths for critical vulnerabilities across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments. Their primary target audience includes enterprise CISOs, IT directors, and managed service providers (MSPs) who need to rigorously validate their security posture without the massive cost and infrequent cadence of traditional human pentesting. What sets Horizon3.ai apart in the crowded InfoSec market is its ability to safely execute real-world attack vectors in production environments at scale, allowing security teams to fix exploitable weaknesses before threat actors can weaponize them.
