The role involves collaborating with product teams to assess their current engineering practices, guide adoption of platform standards, and drive improvements in areas like development workflows, automated checks, build/release processes, observability, and production readiness. The ideal candidate combines strong engineering judgment with a collaborative enablement mindset, helping teams achieve measurable progress while fostering trust in the platform and practices that support them.

Requirements

• Work directly with product engineering teams to analyze and identify opportunities for practical improvements in delivery practices.
• Help teams adopt Platform Enablement standards, including:
• CI/CD and automated path-to-production practices
• Trunk-based development and modern branching strategies
• Automated testing, quality gates, and release confidence
• Build, versioning, promotion, and deployment concepts
• Observability, monitoring, and operational readiness
• Secure software delivery and shift-left controls
• Infrastructure, environment, and configuration management
• Developer experience and engineering enablement
• Stakeholder engagement, coaching, and influencing without direct authority
