At Solink, our mission is to safeguard what matters most. We provide businesses with the tools to know sooner and act faster by transforming video security into real-time operational insights.

Our cloud-based platform integrates seamlessly with your existing cameras and systems, turning them into intelligent sensors that detect and interpret key moments. This empowers teams to make data-driven decisions, enhance security, and improve operational efficiency.

Trusted by over 30,000 locations across 32+ countries - including brands like McDonald’s and JYSK - Solink delivers clarity when it counts. Our solutions help businesses reduce shrink, optimize performance, and respond proactively to potential threats.

We're growing rapidly, earning industry recognition, and scaling with purpose. We’ve been recognized by Deloitte’s Fast 50™ and Fast 500™, Business Intelligence Group, and as one of Ottawa’s Best Places to Work. And we’re just getting started!

The Role

As a Senior Partner Operations Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in driving operational excellence and insight across Solink’s partner ecosystem. You'll work cross-functionally to streamline processes, deliver data-driven recommendations, and support the scale of high-performing partner programs.

This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, turning data into action, and playing a key role in strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze Partner Performance: Monitor and report on key partner KPIs (e.g., ARR, activation, retention) to identify trends and drive strategic improvements.

  • Optimize Partner Operations: Improve workflows for onboarding, enablement, and support to boost consistency, scalability, and partner satisfaction. Streamline process development in collaboration with Finance and Deployment operations to ensure optimized partner installation and billing.

  • Enhance Systems & Tools: Own the administration and optimization of CRM (Salesforce), PRM (MindMatrix), and BI tools to ensure actionable insights and clean data.

  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align partner strategies with sales, product, finance, and marketing to support go-to-market success.

  • Lead Feedback Loops: Capture and relay partner feedback to internal teams to inform roadmap decisions and continuous improvement.

Role Expectations

This is a P3 level role. At Solink, individuals at this level are highly autonomous contributors who own initiatives end-to-end with minimal direction. They proactively solve problems, collaborate across teams, and connect their work to broader team and business goals.

In this role, you’ll be expected to:

  • Use partner performance data to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and translate insights into clear recommendations and actions that support partner and business goals.

  • Proactively identify and resolve operational, process, data, and systems challenges, bringing thoughtful solutions and coordinating with the right stakeholders to remove blockers.

  • Own and continuously improve the processes, systems, automations, and reporting that support the partner lifecycle, prioritizing improvements based on business value, impact, and effort.

  • Strengthen team effectiveness by documenting scalable practices, sharing expertise and learnings, supporting colleagues, and proactively seeking and applying feedback.

What Success Looks Like:

  • You provide reliable, actionable insights into partner performance and use them to make better-informed decisions.

  • Operational issues are identified early and resolved with clear ownership, thoughtful root-cause analysis, and solutions that prevent recurring problems.

  • CRM, PRM, reporting, and automation tools provide accurate data and reduce manual work, enabling the team to operate more effectively.

What You Bring

Must-Have:

  • Experienced Operator: You have 5+ years of experience in a partner operations, business operations, or similar analytical role within a SaaS organization. You understand how to support partnerships through process, tooling, and insight.

  • Data-Driven Decision Maker: You’re proficient in Excel or Google Sheets and experienced with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI. You don’t just report metrics—you derive insights that drive action.

  • CRM & Tech Stack Fluent: You’ve worked with Salesforce (or a similar CRM) and have hands-on familiarity with automation and partner lifecycle platforms like MindMatrix or PartnerStack.

  • Process Architect: You have a knack for building and improving repeatable, scalable processes. You know how to document clearly and concisely using tools like Confluence, Lucidchart, or Notion. You have experience handling process changes with high consideration to change management.

  • Automation Builder: You are an advanced user of Google Apps Script, with hands-on experience building automations that connect Google Workspace tools — Sheets, Docs, Gmail, and beyond. You don't just describe what you'd automate; you come ready to walk through real scripts you've built and the business problems they solved.

  • AI-Fluent Operator: You are proficient with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and actively use them to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and improve output quality — you can speak to specific, results-driven use cases from your current or past roles.

  • Clear Communicator: You can translate data into a narrative and deliver insights that resonate with both technical stakeholders and business leaders. You’re just as effective in a dashboard as you are in a meeting room.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience leading the implementation of PRM platforms

  • Exposure to SaaS partner strategy and channel programs

  • Background in cross-system data integration and cleanup initiatives

Security Requirements

  • Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire;

  • Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada;

  • Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.
