About the Role:
Every family served by Clarity Pediatrics starts with a clinician we hire. As a Senior Medical Recruiter, you will own end-to-end recruiting for physicians, APPs, therapists, and other clinical team members who deliver Clarity’s care. You will be a core member of a small, growing clinical recruiting team, reporting to the Clinical Recruiting Manager.
This role is high-touch and high-volume. You will build real relationships with clinicians and hiring managers while running a disciplined, measurable process at scale, and help improve how we recruit every week.
What You’ll Do:
Own the search, end to end (Play to Win):
- Own full-cycle recruiting for your clinical roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and close.
- Build and manage your own pipeline, with a clear view of where every candidate stands and what it will take to hit your hiring goals.
- Run strong intake meetings with hiring managers to define the role, the must-haves, and what great looks like.
- Proactively source passive clinicians and build relationships before roles open.
- Close candidates with care, understanding what motivates clinicians and representing Clarity honestly.
Protect the quality bar (Patient Safety Always Comes First):
- Partner with clinical leaders to run structured interviews using consistent questions, scorecards, and clinical assessments.
- Run debriefs that are focused, evidence-based, and fair, so hiring decisions reflect the scorecard rather than gut feel.
- Hold the line on assessment steps, even under pressure to move fast, and find ways to keep the process quick without cutting corners.
Make data-driven decisions (Observe, Improve and Innovate):
- Keep Ashby accurate and current so the team can trust its reporting.
- Track your funnel metrics, such as conversion by stage, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance, and use them to adjust your approach.
- Share insights with the Clinical Recruiting Manager and hiring managers, flagging risks to hiring plans early.
- Suggest and test improvements to our process, sourcing, and candidate experience, and measure whether they work.
Deliver a high-touch experience (Earn Trust From Everyone):
- Create a candidate experience that is warm, transparent, and fast, with timely updates at every stage.
- Be a trusted partner to hiring managers, setting clear expectations and keeping them informed and accountable.
- Help onboard and support newer recruiters and coordinators by sharing what works.
Who You Are (Practice Devotion to Our Families):
- An experienced medical recruiter with 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including meaningful physician and APP hiring and/or therapists, behavioral health, pediatrics, or telehealth.
- An owner who treats searches and pipeline as their own, knows their numbers, anticipates problems, and follows through without being asked.
- High-touch at high volume, managing many searches at once without losing the personal touch.
- A strong assessor who knows how to run structured interviews and debriefs, and keeps decisions tied to evidence.
- Data-driven, fluent in recruiting metrics, and highly skilled in Ashby or another modern ATS.
- A continuous improver with a growth mindset, curious about how things could work better.
- Highly organized, structured, detail-oriented, and reliable with deadlines.
- A strong communicator who can speak credibly with physicians and write clear, warm, and professional outreach.
- Mission-driven, understanding the challenges faced by families and providers.
