Join Clarity Pediatrics Clinical Talent Community
Job Description
This isn’t a specific job posting—it’s our Clinical Talent Community. By joining, you’re expressing interest in future opportunities at Clarity, allowing us to reach out when a role matching your specialty, licensure, and location opens.
Too many families face barriers to pediatric specialty care—long waitlists, fragmented providers, and inaccessible care when needed most. We’re on a mission to ensure every child gets the most out of childhood, and we’re seeking clinicians who want to contribute to this vision.
If you’re a pediatrician, behavioral health clinician, or allied health professional who aligns with our mission, join our Clinical Talent Community.
Why Clinicians Join Clarity
Clarity is a multidisciplinary, tech-enabled, virtual care team focused on making pediatric specialty care accessible to all families, regardless of location or insurance. Our model is built on AAP and AACAP guidelines, allowing clinicians to deliver evidence-based care without systemic friction.
Clinicians who join us seek:
Practicing at the top of their license in a guideline-driven care model
A multidisciplinary team collaborating with pediatricians, specialty physicians, therapists, psychologists, and care coordinators
Flexibility with part-time and full-time, remote-first roles
Mission-driven work to close gaps in pediatric specialty care access
Who We’re Building This Community For
We welcome interest from clinicians across the pediatric care continuum, including:
Pediatricians & Specialty Physicians (general pediatrics, developmental-behavioral pediatrics, child & adolescent psychiatry, and related specialties)
Behavioral Health Clinicians (psychologists, licensed therapists: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)
Allied & Supporting Clinical Roles (Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, nutritionists/dietitians, RN care coordinators, and other clinical professionals supporting pediatric chronic care)
If you’re licensed and passionate about pediatric care, we want to hear from you—even if the exact title doesn’t match your role.
