Position Overview

We are seeking highly autonomous, channel-fluent, and commercially aggressive independent contractors to join our newly launched Gig Sales program open across the United States. In this high-leverage outbound commercial seat, you will act as a primary business development authority responsible for introducing our next-generation clinical AI assistant to executive healthcare buyer committees. Shifting completely away from routine non-regulated data transcription loops, entry-level layout configurations, or passive inbound helpline monitoring, you will run an active multi-tier institutional prospecting, executive-level cold outreach, and corporate pipeline acceleration laboratory. Operating under a 100% commission-based contract framework with zero management oversight, no fixed quotas, and absolute schedule freedom, your earnings are tied directly to your individual output. This program requires a consultative account executive with 3+ years of professional healthcare sales history who navigates complex provider ecosystems fluidly natively using Sales Representative, Lead Generation, and Cold Calling primitives, leverages a genuine book of clinical relationships, and opens doors at the C-suite or clinical leadership level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Healthcare Account Governance: Prospect directly into enterprise medical organizations, ambulatory networks, and health systems to scale Quadrivia’s platform pipeline natively utilizing Sales Representative strategies.
  • Executive Door-Opening Triage: Initiate high-leverage cold outreach and navigate corporate procurement parameters to book qualified introductory meetings with C-suite leaders, VPs, Chief Medical Officers, and Clinical Directors.
  • Outbound Opportunity Engineering: Conduct precise target market research and leverage personal professional networks to move enterprise accounts smoothly into Stage 2 of the Quadrivia sales pipeline natively deploying Lead Generation models.
  • Pre-Qualified Target Hunting: Claim, navigate, and persistently activate key accounts from our business development team’s curated list of pre-qualified target networks natively leveraging Cold Calling loops.
  • Positioning Competency Certification: Complete structured internal positioning courses and messaging verifications to ensure highly credible, accurate representation of our clinical AI assistant tools.
  • Pipeline Database Tracking: Log, monitor, and manage your custom customer target list and deal progression transparently via the unified Quadrivia contractor analytics platform.
  • Liaison Optimization: Act as a strategic bridge between target healthcare organizations and Quadrivia’s executive sales cells during introductory alignment briefs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3+ years of proven, successful professional technology or software sales experience dedicated to closing business or generating pipeline within the US healthcare infrastructure, medical SaaS, or clinical technology sectors.
  • Expert Enterprise Market Command: Documented track record single-handedly opening accounts and selling into complex target groups such as Health Systems, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), Payors/Health Plans, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, or Large Physician Practices.
  • Possess an active, genuine book of relationships with a demonstrated ability to independently influence executive and clinical leadership (CMO, CNO, COO, VP, or C-suite buyers) without pre-existing list support.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and textual presentation communication strengths in English, with the capacity to represent a sophisticated artificial intelligence tool with absolute professional credibility.
  • An adaptable, self-directed performer persona characterized by an entrepreneurial hunter mindset, high intrinsic motivation, and complete comfort working with zero structural management supervision.
  • Location Context: Position operates under a 100% remote contractor layout open exclusively to qualified medical software sales authorities residing permanently within the United States.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Prior platform or consulting history driving sales pipelines explicitly inside the Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Telehealth platforms, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), or corporate digital health spaces.

  • An active excitement for leveraging high contractor milestone generation as a warm internal introduction for upcoming full-time, salaried Account Executive and Enterprise Sales roles opening within the next 18 months.
