At Rain, the sales team is the engine that drives the earned wage access into the marketplace. We’re seeking a Sales Manager to lead a group of Enterprise Account Executives.
What You’ll Do:
Leadership and Team Development: Hire, lead, motivate, and galvanize a team of Enterprise Account Executives, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Create a framework for career progression and support the development of your team.
Coaching and Training: Provide ongoing coaching and training to Enterprise Account Executives to enhance their skills in managing pipeline, demoing the product, and closing deals.
Performance Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve processes and workflows to maximize efficiency and results. Collaborate with sales leadership to define key initiatives to drive results.
Lead Generation Strategy: Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Enablement, and RevOps teams to develop effective lead generation strategies and campaigns.
Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in AE performance.
Reporting: Report on key metrics related to qualified pipeline targets.
Activating Partnerships: Coordinate with the Partnerships Team to drive sales leads and opportunities.
Who You Are:
4+ years of experience in a leadership role, front-line managing an Account Executive team in HR Tech or FinTech.
Sales and Prospecting Expertise: Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, prospecting techniques, and lead generation strategies.
Coaching and Development Skills: Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals to achieve their full potential.
Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use insights to drive strategy and decision-making.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, senior management, and external stakeholders.
Results-Driven: A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapting to changes as needed.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
