Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and moderate AI-generated content to ensure alignment with social media safety guidelines and policies.
• Identify, report, and mitigate potential risks associated with GenAI outputs to maintain a secure user environment.
• Analyze complex social media trends to improve the efficacy of automated content filtering systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine trust and safety protocols within the social media ecosystem.
• Provide high-quality linguistic feedback to improve the accuracy and cultural nuances of AI models in the Romanian language.
• Maintain a high standard of precision while navigating high-volume content moderation tasks.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the user experience by enforcing platform integrity.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Romanian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory for employment in Greece).
• Previous experience in social media content moderation or trust and safety environments is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail regarding digital safety and policy enforcement.
• Fluency in English to facilitate team communication and reporting within our international office in Greece.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens for this exciting career opportunity.
