Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional omnichannel support to international clients within the Customer Support Services sector.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate information in a professional and empathetic manner.

• Document customer interactions and technical solutions accurately in our centralized database.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Romanian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Advanced English language proficiency to effectively collaborate in an international environment.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
• Proven experience or a strong interest in Customer Support Services, tech-related roles, or digital sales.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while remaining disciplined and results-oriented.
