Darkroom is looking for a Recruiter to support hiring across Creative, Paid Media, Social Commerce, Retention, and more. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Director of People and hiring managers to execute full-cycle recruiting, build strong pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience as we scale.
This is a fully remote role supporting a team in the EST time zone and is open to candidates based in Brazil.
What You’ll Do
Run full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles across the business, from intake to offer.
Partner with hiring managers to build role briefs, job descriptions, and hiring plans aligned to team goals.
Source talent globally through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, and outbound outreach.
Maintain a high-quality candidate experience through consistent communication and strong process management.
Coordinate interviews and ensure clean tracking in Ashby, supporting hiring operations and reporting.
Contribute to process improvements that help Darkroom hire faster and more effectively.
What You Bring
3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth environment or digital-first organization.
Experience hiring across Paid Media, Retention/CRM, Creative, Social Commerce and other cross-functional roles.
Strong sourcing ability using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
Experience working in an ATS (Ashby preferred; Rippling/Notion a plus).
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with high expectations and shifting priorities.
