As a Quality Assurance Specialist at ShiftKey, you will safeguard the accuracy of ShiftKey's credentialing process. Your role involves auditing a sample of credential reviews completed by our Operations teams and third-party vendors, ensuring that healthcare professionals' credentials are validated correctly and entered accurately into our systems.
Beyond catching errors, you will transform your findings into actionable insights. This includes producing weekly reports on trends and recurring issues, partnering with team leads to guide coaching and performance, and recommending improvements to processes and training.
If you are detail-oriented, analytical, and have experience auditing quality before, this role is for you.
- Audit a sample of credential reviews done by our Operations team and outside vendors, verifying that each professional's credentials were validated correctly and entered accurately.
- Write weekly reports that highlight recurring errors and trends, both by credential type and by individual reviewer.
- Assist managers and team leads in understanding their team's performance and guide better coaching conversations.
- Provide regional Credentialing Leads with tailored insights and recommend improvements to processes and training materials.
- Assist in training new hires and occasionally handle special project or time-sensitive audit requests.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a similar role with proven ability to plan, conduct, and document quality audits.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- A sharp eye for detail and a natural instinct for spotting patterns in data.
- Comfort working in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to organize and present findings.
- Strong communication skills to translate data into actionable stories.
- Familiarity with healthcare or tech industry environments is a plus.
