Process Excellence & Business Systems Transformation Manager

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Process audit with stakeholders from Sales, Finance, Delivery, and People teams to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• End-to-end mapping and optimization of key business processes, with a particular focus on the sales process, deciding which Salesforce functions will be taken over by other systems as part of its replacement.
• Assessment of the existing systems landscape and defining which functionalities should be retained, replaced, consolidated, or discontinued.
• Mapping data flows between HubSpot, Salesforce, Productive, PeopleForce, enova, and NG OS internally developed systems, including points of manual re-entry.
• Defining the source of truth for key data: client, deal, project, person, rate, working time, invoice.
• Gathering requirements for integrations, process improvements, and new features, and their prioritization, agreed with tool owners and internal development teams.
• Oversight of system migrations and consolidation, including the migration from PeopleForce to an internally developed platform: requirements, completeness, validation, sign-off.
• Program plan and its management: schedule, dependencies, decisions.
• Design and delivery of change communication.
• Acting as a filter for new process and tool ideas, ensuring alignment with business priorities, operational efficiency, and the overall systems architecture.
