Hudu is a fast-growing SaaS platform built exclusively for IT professionals and Managed Service Providers (MSPs). We provide a single, secure, and beautifully simple place to store, organize, and share everything that keeps modern IT environments running: passwords, network documentation, processes, assets, client knowledge, and more. By replacing scattered spreadsheets, outdated wikis, and a dozen disconnected tools with one unified, customizable solution, Hudu helps thousands of IT teams save time, reduce risk, deliver better service, and scale with confidence.

Our customers run more of their IT operations in Hudu every quarter, and the way we describe Hudu has to keep up. As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll own how the market understands Hudu: the positioning, the messaging, the competitive story, the launches, and the material sales use to win. You'll work directly with the VP of Marketing, product, sales, customer success, and our senior content strategist, who turns your work into the website, blog, and email content buyers find. Your work will show up on the website, in every sales call, and in how customers adopt what we ship.

What you'll do:

  • Positioning and messaging. Turn Hudu's broader IT operations positioning into messaging frameworks for each audience: MSPs, internal IT teams, and the segments in between.

  • Competitive positioning and comparisons. Own competitive research and the comparison documentation behind every comparison we publish: capability facts, claims, migration narratives, objection handling, and win/loss insight for teams moving to Hudu from other documentation tools. Keep every claim factual and fair and sign off on competitive claims wherever they appear. The content strategist uses this source material to build and maintain comparison, alternative, and switch pages.

  • Presenting: Become comfortable and confident in the product(s)’ benefits and values to lead or present in person and/or on webinars.

  • Launches. Plan and run go-to-market for new products and major releases, from positioning brief to sales enablement to post-launch adoption. The content strategist writes the launch blog posts, emails, and web updates from your brief. Create and implement tiered release GTM plans in partnership with VP of Marketing and Product leads.

  • Sales enablement. Create the decks, one-pagers, battlecards, talk tracks, and demo narratives reps actually use, and retire the ones they don't.

  • Website messaging. Set and approve the product and competitive messaging on hudu.com. The content strategist owns page copy, new pages built from existing templates, and the blog.

  • Customer adoption. Partner with Customer Success and Growth on campaigns that drive adoption and expansion of products like Hudu Radar. The content strategist writes the email and onboarding content for these campaigns.

  • Research. Run customer interviews, win/loss reviews, and review-site analysis, and bring what you learn back to product, leadership, and the content strategist.

  • Measurement. Track pipeline influenced, competitive win rates, launch adoption, and enablement usage, and adjust based on what the numbers say.

Hudu is a premier, enterprise-grade IT documentation platform, asset discovery architect, and knowledge management powerhouse engineered to operate as the definitive centralized information layer for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and corporate IT departments globally. The company completely eliminates the severe systemic friction of modern IT operations—where technicians lose thousands of hours annually to fragmented password spreadsheets, scattered knowledge base files, unmapped network configurations, and siloed asset trackers—by deploying a unified, high-availability documentation infrastructure. Moving far beyond static text archives or generic internal wikis, Hudu natively unifies structured configuration management databases (CMDB), secure credential vaults with rigorous access controls, automated processes and standard operating procedure (SOP) checklists, and dynamic network relationship mapping tools into a single collaborative workspace. The platform empowers thousands of IT teams to radically compress ticket resolution times, accelerate new technician onboarding velocities, and eliminate costly engineering guesswork with production-hardened precision. Under the hood, its sophisticated technical core boasts an extensive ecosystem of native, automated two-way integrations with leading Professional Services Automation (PSA) and Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools—including HaloPSA, NinjaOne, ConnectWise, and Datto—quietly syncing environmental telemetry to ensure records stay current without manual intervention. What sets Hudu apart is its uncompromising dedication to replacing operational chaos with structured technical momentum; by bridging the gap between performance-intensive system configurations and an intuitive, secure workspace available via cloud-hosted or self-hosted deployments, the firm enables modern scaling technology networks to eliminate replication bottlenecks, safeguard critical infrastructure, and secure unassailable asset visibility worldwide.
