The Role

As a Product Manager for Veeva Clinical Operations, you will drive core features and enhancements for key applications that transform how the life sciences industry runs clinical trials. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will execute the product vision to unify clinical systems, streamline trial execution, and accelerate the delivery of new therapies to patients.

What You'll Do

• Execute the end-to-end product lifecycle for specific features within the Vault Clinical Operations suite, from concept to release and iteration.
• Engage directly with customers, domain experts, and internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and understand clinical workflows.
• Author clear feature specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Engineering, QA, and UX design teams.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing customer requests, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
• Serve as an application expert, educating Sales, Solution Consultants, Professional Services, and Support teams through documentation and product demos.
• Track key usage metrics to evaluate feature performance and inform data-driven product decisions.
• Stay aligned with regulatory guidelines and industry updates impacting clinical trial management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably within B2B enterprise SaaS applications.
• Proven track record of managing product features through the development lifecycle to successful launch.
• Experience working within an agile software development environment.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to articulate clear product requirements.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Commitment to professional integrity and ethical decision-making.
• Ability to travel up to 15% for customer research and internal events.

Nice to Have

• Domain knowledge in clinical operations (e.g., eTMF, CTMS, SSU, or CDMS) from a pharma, biotech, CRO, or life sciences technology vendor.
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., GCP, 21 CFR Part 11).
• Familiarity with the Veeva Vault Platform.
